The Process is really Simple. Register in the GoSales app with your email address. Setup your data and start using it instantly. For any assistance, our support team is available during the Business Hours.

GoSales offers a robust platform where the users can themselves do self-onboarding and start using the application. One time setup charges is not required for a single user. In case the User wants us to setup the entire business flow then you may contact our sales team for the one time setup cost. The cost depends on the complexity & customisation requirement.

For all the plans and workflow, the user can setup through the admin portal which will be shared over the mail. In case any support is required for the setup, please connect our sales team for support pricing. It takes around 2-3 days to go live with existing feature.

GoSales is so simple to use that even a 6 year old can use it easily. For any kind of assistance, the user can always refer to the User Manual for help.

All Gosales customer data is hosted on multi-master shared database so that there are no interruptions to service in the event of a single server outage. Hot spares of all our infrastructure components are running and available to be brought into rotation at all times.

All data transfer is encrypted – whether users are at their computer or on their phone, absolutely nothing goes over the network without encryption. Gosales uses 256-bit AES, supports TLS 1.2 for all of your messages, and uses the ECDHE_RSA Key Exchange Algorithm. We monitor the security community's output closely and work promptly to upgrade the service to respond to new vulnerabilities as they are discovered.

Our servers are located in Amazon's AWS data centers. Gosales uses four availability zones within AWS' us-east-1 region, all located in Northern Virginia, USA. We offer 99.9% solution uptime as we have till now not expirence and downtime over the year. Automatic failover system ensures we are always available. In case zone failover the system runs through other zone of AWS and the data always on sync.
